Constructed multiple expansions at the Lucca Cold Storage and Process Facility.

Contracts were turnkey and included all refrigeration systems:


  • 250,000 square foot Cooler/Freezer Storage Expansions

  • 76,000 square feet of re-packing process facilities

  • Yard expansions for 100 tractor trailer positions complete with guard facilities and automated gate systems

  • Complete Renovation of employee welfare areas
