DRK & Associates, Inc. was hired to construct a 40-room addition, along with complete face lift to the existing building.  Scope of work included a new indoor pool, meeting rooms, business center, and a gym complete with a spa.

Wildwood Crest, NJ

DRK & Associates, Inc. provided over $2,000,000 of renovation work to the exteriors of the six-story Pinnacle facility and the Village 7 buildings #100 & #200 during the winter months. We were chosen for our ability to work through tight schedules with attention to detail.  All facilities were ready for the next summer season.

Capital Bank of NJ

Vineland, NJ

DRK & Associates, Inc. was chosen to build the following banking institutions for Capital Bank of New Jersey:

  • 14,000 square foot headquarters building

  • 6,500 square foot Hammonton branch

  • 4,000 square foot West Landis branch

Ocean Place Condominiums

Wildwood, NJ

DRK & Associates, Inc. was chosen to perform extensive renovations to the exterior of the Ocean Place Condominiums during the 6-month winter vacancy. 

We successfully performed over $4,000,0000 of renovations and were ready for the opening of the summer season.  Work included mold remediation caused by years of oceanic moisture issues.
